DONATIONS AND VOLUNTEERS – BAND CAMP BBQ

Student donations are needed for the Band Camp BBQ (August 17, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM) and should be brought to the cafeteria that Saturday morning (August 17):

  • Freshman: side dishes such as salads, small bags of chips, veggies, etc.
  • Sophomores: drinks (spring water or individual cans of soda)
  • Juniors: desserts
  • Seniors: fruit such as pre-cut watermelon or melon, strawberries, grapes, etc.

We also need parent volunteers to help with set-up, cooking, and clean-up for the event. Please visit SignUp Genius and sign up if you can help out. Thanks!
