NAMA will go over some of the nitty-gritties of being a parent of a marching band student, will explain the schedule, the marching season and the competitions, and present volunteer opportunities.
Don’t forget to fill out the 2013-14 information packet posted on the NAMA website and turn in at the first day of Band Camp on Aug 12th.
Uniforms
Uniforms will be fitted and distributed to students on Friday, 1:00-4:00pm
PARENT VOLUNTEERS are needed – contact Paul Guerrieo at pguerri9@aol.com if you can help 1:00-4:00pm or any part of that time.
Annual BBQ – Saturday, August 17 from 12 – 1:30pm
For students and staff
Meal provided by NAMA: Hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers
Student donations needed:
Donations are needed and should be brought to the cafeteria Saturday morning:
Freshman – side dishes (salads, small bags of chips, veggies)
Sophomores – drinks (water or individual cans of soda)
Juniors – desserts
Seniors – fruit (watermelon/melons-precut, strawberries, or grapes)
