Volunteers needed 9/23: Friday Night Football!!

Are you ready for some football???? New music parents, welcome. Previous music parents, welcome back! We are looking for parent volunteers and “Podium Pals” for the football game on Friday, September 23rd. Tasks include setting up the bleachers with seat covers for the band students, escorting the students to the field from the courtyard, traffic control, keeping the path in front of the band clear while they play in the stands, crowd control prior to the half-time show, plume distribution, helping to set up podiums for half-time (looking for a few sets of strong shoulders for this and to return the podiums to the school or to the hut after the half-time show), assist the pit students in getting their equipment onto the field (and off) and assisting with picking up the bleacher covers after the game. There is NO experience required for any of the tasks – we will certainly assist all of our newcomers. Sign up!
