NAHS Students – Permission Slip
Attached is the revised permission slip for the rescheduled visit of NAHS Band and Chorus students to the Middle School. Please complete and return by February 27th!

Dear NAHS Band and Chorus Parents:
On Tuesday, March 3rd the chorus and band will be traveling to North Andover Middle School to perform for the current 8th grade and 5th grade students. We will be leaving North Andover High School at 7:45AM and returning at 11:30. Students will be traveling via school bus from North Andover High School. Please sign and return the attached permission slip by Friday, February 27, 2015 to Mrs. Durkin or Mr. Smalley.
