NAMA Board Meeting Minutes Now On Website

A Message to All Our Music Families and Supporters

In an effort to make information about NAMA Board activities more accessible, and to encourage all levels of participation in our organization, we are now posting monthly Board meeting minutes on the website. Please go to on this website, and scroll down to the section titled “NAMA Board Meeting Minutes.” Each meeting’s minutes are dated, and documents going back to June 2013 are posted.

We encourage all who are interested in maintaining our high quality music programs to come to the meetings, which are generally held the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the NAHS Chorus Room. Parents of students at Elementary, Middle, and High School are especially welcome! In addition to Board members, we have regular attendance from our music teachers, student leaders from the High School Band and Chorus, and parents of music students.

However, if you are unable to make a meeting, you can now follow up on the issues discussed and decisions made by reading the minutes on the website. Please note that minutes are approved at the NEXT meeting after which they were recorded; for example, this month’s minutes won’t be posted until after the meeting in January 2016.
