TIME-SENSITIVE! Band/Chorus Schedule for Weekend of October 23 – 25

This weekend is a very busy one for the Marching Band, with a home football game Friday, and performances both Saturday and Sunday.

The full Concert Choir will sing the Anthem at the game Friday Night; the Saturday and Sunday schedules below apply to Band ONLY.

Please make a note of the schedule below – some important changes have been made. And be sure to dress warmly for the cooler weather!

Friday, October 23rd (Band AND Chorus)

Home Football Game v. Lawrence, 8th Gr. Band Night & Senior Recognition Night
4:00 – 4:45pm: Band Rehearsal @Walsh with 8th Grade Band
4:45 – 5:30pm: Band get dinner and change into uniform (8th Grade Band ONLY will be served pizza in Cafeteria)
*** THERE WILL BE NO MEETING FOR SENIORS IN CAFETERIA ABOUT THE CEREMONY AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED***
5:15pm: Chorus warm up in Chorus Room
5:30pm: Band report to Courtyard in full uniform
5:50 pm: Band and Chorus Seniors and their families should be lined up on the field for the ceremony
6:00 pm: Band and Chorus Senior Recognition Ceremony
6:30 pm: Chorus sings Anthem, then Game Time for last home game this season – GO KNIGHTS!

2:00 – 5:00pm: Rehearsal @Hayes (NAMS)
5:00 – 6:00pm: Get Dinner
5:15pm: Chaperones report to Band Doorway
6:00pm SHARP: Bus Departs from NAHS for Reading

1:00 -2:30pm: Rehearsal @Walsh
2:30pm: Chaperones report to Band Doorway
3:15pm SHARP: Depart for Lawrence from NAHS
