Important Changes to Senior Night Schedule, Friday Oct 23

Please see the flyer attached here SeniorNightInvite2015 and mark your calendars regarding an invitation to all Senior Band/Chorus Students and their Families to be recognized at the last home football game this year on Friday, October 23rd.

Please especially note the final paragraph in the flyer regarding the schedule for the event, as there are some important changes from the previous flyer that was emailed out on October 14th (schedule info has been included in the text below as well).

These changes account for the earlier start time of the game (6:30 pm) due to the NAHS Homecoming Dance later that evening.

Schedule

• 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Band Practice with 8th grade Band
• 5:00 pm: Band get dinner
• 5:20 pm: Chorus Seniors meet in cafeteria for a brief 10-minute overview of the ceremony
• 5:30 pm: Band Seniors meet in cafeteria for a brief 10-minute overview of the ceremony
• 5:30 pm: Chorus Warm-Up in Chorus Room
• 5:45 pm: Band Call-Time in Courtyard in FULL UNIFORM
• 5:45 pm: Parents’/Families’ recommended arrival time to ensure seating for Senior Recognition Ceremony
• 6:30 pm: Game begins

**Parents: you must purchase a ticket to get in. The ceremony is at the beginning of the game, and a large crowd is expected with cheerleaders and football players also being recognized (recommended arrival: 5:45 pm).

Senior Parents/Families will line up on the band-side edge of the field prior to the start of the game.
