Band and Chorus Parents: FIRST FRIDAY NIGHT HOME FOOTBALL GAME!!!! Volunteers Needed

Hi Everyone,

I hope all of your families are safe and are slowly getting back into some normalcy after the recent crisis in North Andover.

So now “are we ready for our first home football game???”

We are looking for parent volunteers and “Podium Pals” for the first home football game on Friday night.  Tasks include setting up the bleachers with seat covers before the game (separate check box if you only want to set up the bleacher covers and not volunteer the entire game), escorting the kids to the field, traffic control at 2 locations, keeping the path in front of the band clear while they play in the stands, crowd control prior to half-time show, plume distribution, helping to set up podiums for half-time (looking for a few sets of strong shoulders for this!), and helping pick up the bleacher covers after the game.  Sign Up using the Link Below!

Our band uniform coordinator, Nancy Koorapaty, is also looking for one parent volunteer to assist her with missing band uniform accessories, gloves, shoes, etc.  Report time for this task if 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Please meet Karen Bussell near the band doors at 6:00 p.m. (bleacher cover volunteers to set up at 5:45 p.m.)

No prior experience necessary! We would love to see new faces!
