NAHS Band and Chorus Seniors and Senior Families, Please Help With Senior “Shout Outs”!

SENIORS and SENIOR FAMILIES:

Back by popular demand!  Senior “Shout Outs” will be unveiled during the Spring Concert on June 1st.  The North Andover Music Association is pleased to sponsor a special commemorative poster for EACH SENIOR in the Music Program.  In order to create this special keepsake, we need help from every senior and/or senior family!  Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey by MAY 19^th (there is an example in the survey):

We also need a 5×7 photo of each senior.  We will provide a Manila Envelope in the “Music Association Mailbox” in the Band and Chorus rooms.  Please place your photo with your name on it into this envelope.  Alternatively, you may send a HIGH RESOLUTION photo to KimHearst@gmail.com and we will print it.  We don’t want a grainy photo, so please be sure the photo will look good as a 5×7 print.
