2014 Band Camp BBQ Aug. 16th – Volunteers & Donations Needed!

It’s that time again – time to start planning for the annual band camp BBQ for Marching Band students, color guard, teachers, and instructors! Family donations are needed for the Band Camp BBQ on August 16, 12:00 to 1:30 PM.  Bring your items to the table in front of the band doors on Saturday morning, August 16th at drop-off, or bring your donations to the cafeteria/outdoor courtyard, where the BBQ will take place later that day.

  • Freshman: side dishes such as salads, small bags of chips, veggies, pasta, etc.
  • Sophomores: drinks, such as spring water or individual cans of lemonade or soda in 12- or 24-packs)
  • Juniors: desserts, such as cookies, brownies, cupcakes, pre-sliced pies or tarts,
  • Seniors: fruit, such as pre-cut watermelon or cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, mixed berries, etc.
