BAND PARENTS: LOOKING FOR NESBA Billerica Volunteers, 10/20!!

It’s time for NESBA Billerica which will be held at the Marshall Middle School this Saturday, October 20th.

Parent chaperone volunteers, Podium Volunteers, Pit Equipment Assistant and Show Equipment Volunteers will be needed to assist the band and get the students safely onto the field, ON TIME, for their performance.  Podium Volunteers will help load/unload podiums and place them at the front of the competition field.  Pit Equipment Assistants will assist the students in getting their equipment to the field.  Show Equipment Volunteers will be responsible for moving the show props (10 chess pieces!) to the competition field (tech crew and students will assist in positioning them onto the field).  Upon arrival at Marshall Middle School in Billerica, please meet Chris and Kristine Murphy where our two equipment trucks will be parked (until we arrive at the school, we have no knowledge where the equipment trucks will be asked to park). For those of you who sign up for podiums, pit equipment assistant and/or show prop volunteer, you will need to provide your own transportation to Marshall Middle School (15 Floyd Street, Billerica, MA).  The Scarlet Knights performance time is 8:00 p.m. so it would be appreciated if equipment volunteers could arrive by 6:15 p.m. for the unloading of the equipment trucks. Buses are leaving NAHS at 5:45 p.m. sharp.

PLEASE REFER TO SPECIFIC SIGNUP FOR REPORT TIMES.
