IMPORTANT! Oct 3rd North Andover NESBA Show – Info for Volunteers, Participants & Audience

The show will go on, rain or shine!  If the weather does not cooperate, all performances will be moved inside the High School instead of being held in Walsh Stadium.  We’ve done this before – last year, in fact – so we have a plan. It will be a great show either way!

PARKINGWe have a lot of bands coming, and parking will be very tight at the High School.  We ask that volunteers and North Andover Band members carpool and park offsite, and recommend that audience members do the same. Here are some suggestions:

– Home Grown Lacrosse next to the High School

– DPW lot next to Home Grown Lacrosse

– Coming 2 p.m. or later? NAMA will have a shuttle from the Middle School to the overpass between McDonald’s and High School.

– Just coming to see the North Andover performance? We are on LAST (approximately 6:35 – 6:50 p.m.) and the High School lots will probably be full. We strongly recommend you park at the Middle School and take the shuttle, allowing plenty of time so you do not miss our Band!

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN: Please check in for your shift at the Band/Chorus entrance of the high school. Also, please be flexible – contingencies may arise that could require changes to volunteer assignments, especially if we have to move the show indoors. Our terrific NAMA volunteers are the face of North Andover at this event, and we make a special effort to be very welcoming to our guests! There are experienced NAMA leaders around all day who are happy to help if any issues arise. Finally, if you need to verify your start time and post, you can find it on Sign-Up Genius:
