Band and Chorus Parents: MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for FRIDAY 9/28 HOME FOOTBALL GAME!
Are you ready for this week’s home football game against Tewksbury??? Please note the EARLY REPORT TIME!
We are still in need of volunteers and “Podium Pals” for the home football game on Friday night. Tasks include setting up the bleachers with seat covers before the game (separate check box if you only want to set up the bleacher covers and not volunteer the entire game), escorting the kids to the field, traffic control at 2 locations, keeping the path in front of the band clear while they play in the stands, crowd control in front of the stands prior to half-time show, plume distribution, helping to set up podiums for half-time (looking for a few sets of strong shoulders for this!), and helping pick up the bleacher covers after the game.
It’s a lot of fun and you get FREE ADMISSION to the game!!
Karen Bussell is unable to be at this game so please meet Sue Francoeur in the band hallway at 4:45 p.m. (bleacher cover volunteers also need to set up at 4:45 p.m.)
No prior experience necessary! We would love to see new faces!
