We are in need of someone who would be able to pick up the equipment truck prior to noon on Saturday at the Penske location in Lawrence, MA, drive it back to NAHS and park it. You would need to be back to NAHS at 2:00 for loading and then drive the truck to Dartmouth. Once we return to NAHS, the truck will need to be unloaded and then returned to Lawrence. Parent bus and field volunteers, Podium Volunteers, Pit Equipment Volunteers and Show Prop Volunteers will be needed to assist the band and get the students safely onto the field, ON TIME, for their performance. Podium Volunteers will assist getting the podiums to the field (and off) and place them at the front of the competition field and return them to the equipment truck. Pit Equipment Volunteers will assist the students in getting their equipment to the field and off. Show Prop Volunteers will assist getting the show props onto the field (techs and/or students will assist with placement). Upon arrival at Dartmouth Memorial Stadium, please meet the North Andover equipment truck (until we arrive, we have no knowledge where the equipment trucks will be asked to park). For those of you who sign up for podiums volunteers, pit equipment volunteers and/or show prop volunteers, you will need to provide your own transportation to Dartmouth Memorial Stadium (400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA). The Scarlet Knights performance time is 6:55 p.m. The buses will be leaving NAHS at 3:00 p.m. sharp.
PLEASE REFER TO SPECIFIC SIGNUP FOR REPORT TIMES.
