Volunteers Needed! NESBA Competition at Billerica 10/16
It’s time for NESBA Billerica which will be held at the Billerica High School this Saturday, October 16th.
We are in need of someone who would be able to pick up the equipment truck prior to noon on Saturday at the Penske location in Lawrence, MA, drive it back to NAHS and park it until 4:45. You would need to be back to NAHS at 4:45 and drive the truck to Billerica. Volunteer Sign Up
Parent bus and field volunteers, Podium Volunteers and Pit Equipment Volunteers will be needed to assist the band and get the students safely onto the field, ON TIME, for their performance. Podium Volunteers will assist getting the podiums to the field (and off) and place them at the front of the competition field and return them to the equipment truck. Pit Equipment Volunteers will assist the students in getting their equipment to the field and off. Upon arrival at Billerica High School, please meet the North Andover equipment truck (until we arrive at the school, we have no knowledge where the equipment trucks will be asked to park). For those of you who sign up for podiums and/or pit equipment assistant/show prop volunteer, you will need to provide your own transportation to Billerica High School (35 River Street, Billerica, MA). The Scarlet Knights performance time is 7:25 p.m. The buses will be leaving NAHS at 5:00 p.m. sharp.

No Experience Necessary – Please consider coming to shadow any position to see the “behind the scenes” operation of getting the band students to a marching band competition!!!
