Music Parents: FRIDAY NIGHT HOME FOOTBALL GAME!!!! Volunteers Needed
Hi Everyone,
“Are we ready for some more football???”
We are looking for parent stand/field volunteers , podium volunteers and pit equipment volunteers for the home football game on Friday night. Tasks include setting up the bleachers with seat covers before the game (separate check box if you only want to set up the bleacher covers and not volunteer the entire game), escorting the kids to the field, traffic control at 2 locations, keeping the path in front of the band clear while they play in the stands, crowd control prior to half-time show, plume distribution, helping to set up podiums for half-time (looking for a few sets of strong shoulders for this!), assist pit students to get their equipment onto the field (and off) and helping pick up the bleacher covers after the game. It’s a lot of fun and there is no experience required! We would love to meet new music parents and welcome back previous music parents!
