Week At A Glance Week of Sept 24 –  PLEASE NOTE: The primary source for you to receive WAAGs in the future will be from the REMIND App, directly from Mrs. Durkin. If you have not yet signed up for the Remind App, please do so ASAP. Band and Chorus Parents: FRIDAY 9/28 HOME FOOTBALL GAME, Volunteers Needed!  

Are we ready for this week’s home football game against Tewksbury???

We are looking for parent volunteers and “Podium Pals” for the home football game on Friday night.  Tasks include setting up the bleachers with seat covers before the game (separate check box if you only want to set up the bleacher covers and not volunteer the entire game), escorting the kids to the field, traffic control at 2 locations, keeping the path in front of the band clear while they play in the stands, crowd control in front of the stands prior to half-time show, plume distribution, helping to set up podiums for half-time (looking for a few sets of strong shoulders for this!), and helping pick up the bleacher covers after the game.

It’s a lot of fun and you get FREE ADMISSION to the game!!

Karen Bussell is unable to be at this game so please meet Sue Francoeur in the band hallway at 5:45 p.m. (bleacher cover volunteers also need to set up at 5:45 p.m.)
