Concession Donations Requested

For the NESBA home show (Saturday, October 4th), we would be very thankful if you could pitch in for concession supplies as assigned below.

REQUESTED ITEMS:

Freshmen: a case of water (16.9 oz bottles)

Sophomores: a case of soda – please choose from only Coke, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew, Sprite and Orange soda. Too many choices makes our concession lines longer!

Juniors and Seniors: A package of FULL SIZE candy bars, a full size variety pack from Mars (no Fun Size please, we plan to sell these for $1 each). Target in Methuen should sell these variety packs,  and of course, BJs has variety packs – or Swedish fish in full size portions are always a big hit!

BRINGING YOUR DONATED ITEMS TO NAHS:

1) Volunteers attending the NESBA Volunteers Information Session on September 16th (at 7 PM) can drop off  concession item donations in the band room before the meeting.
2 Band Students can bring items to the band room on September 16th or 18th before or after band rehearsal (6-9 pm). Alternatively bring them to the band room before the football game Friday night (September 19th).
3) Chorus Students are asked to bring donations to the chorus room between the 16th and 19th of September.
